Agreement to Terms
These terms apply when you use this website or book work with MGJG Enterprises Pty Ltd, trading as Mandurah Garage Door Repairs("we", "us"). Using the site or booking with us means you accept them; if you do not, please do not use either.
Quotes & Pricing
A quote given online, over the phone or through the Smart Garage Assistant is an estimate built on what you have told us. The final price is confirmed once the door has been looked at on site, and it can change with the real condition of the door, the parts it turns out to need, and how easy the site is to work on.
Bookings & Scheduling
A confirmed booking and its arrival window are our best estimate, not a fixed appointment. If we are running late we will do our best to let you know, especially on emergency call-outs, where the job before yours can change how quickly we get there.
Warranty and consumer rights
We do not offer a warranty period of our own. Parts and openers we supply carry whatever cover their manufacturer provides, on that manufacturer's terms, and we will tell you what applies to your job before any work starts. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which apply regardless of any manufacturer's cover.

What you read on this site is general information, not professional advice for your particular door. You agree not to misuse the site, including by trying to disrupt how it runs or to get around its security.
Limitation of Liability
As far as the law allows, Mandurah Garage Door Repairs is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that comes from using this website. None of this takes away any right you hold under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.
